
Keto Thai Beef Lettuce Wraps with Peanut-Lime Sauce

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp ginger, grated
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
8 large lettuce leaves (butter or romaine)
Peanut-Lime Sauce:
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut aminos or tamari
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp chili flakes
Water to thin
Instructions:
Sauté beef, ginger, and garlic in coconut oil until browned. Add pepper and onions, cook 2 min.
Mix sauce ingredients until smooth.
Serve beef mixture in lettuce leaves, drizzle with sauce.
