Ingredients:
- 3–4 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 2 balls fresh burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (basil-infused preferred)
- 1 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- Microgreens or edible flowers (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
