Summer Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Salad

Celebrate the height of summer with this vibrant salad, featuring juicy heirloom

tomatoes and creamy burrata. This dish is a perfect reflection of simple, quality

ingredients, beautifully presented—ideal for impressing guests at any gathering.


Ingredients:

- 3–4 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced

- 2 balls fresh burrata cheese

- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (basil-infused preferred)

- 1 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar

- Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper

- Microgreens or edible flowers (optional, for garnish)


Instructions:

1. Arrange the tomato slices on a serving platter, overlapping slightly for a visual effect.

2. Tear the burrata gently and nestle the pieces among the tomatoes.

3. Scatter fresh basil leaves over the top.

4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

5. Season generously with sea salt and cracked pepper.

6. Garnish with microgreens or edible flowers for a five-star presentation.

7. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
