
Keto Greek Lamb Chops with Lemon-Garlic Green Beans

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
8 lamb rib chops
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
Zest & juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper
1 lb green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp butter or ghee
Instructions:
Marinate lamb in olive oil, oregano, garlic, lemon zest/juice, salt, and pepper for 1 hour.
Grill or pan-sear lamb chops 3–4 min per side (medium-rare).
Sauté green beans in butter/ghee and a pinch of salt until crisp-tender. Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
Serve lamb with green beans.
