
Grilled Peach & Prosciutto Crostini

This appetizer combines the sweetness of ripe summer peaches with the savoriness of
prosciutto, finished with creamy ricotta and a drizzle of honey. It’s an elegant bite that’s
bursting with seasonal flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- Olive oil, for brushing
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 8 oz ricotta cheese
- 6–8 slices prosciutto
- Honey, for drizzling
- Fresh basil leaves
- Sea salt and black pepper
Instructions:
1. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and grill until golden.
2. Grill peach slices until lightly caramelized.
3. Spread ricotta on each crostini, top with a peach slice and a ribbon of prosciutto.
4. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh basil.
